The three founder Directors are colleagues who came together with a shared belief that they could ‘really make a difference’. Parker Woodhouse Limited is now a successful company with a growing client base which specialises in Corporate Restoration and Interim Management.

Louise undertook a successful media career dedicating her broadcasting career to life in the community and in 1993 was awarded an MBE for services to local radio. A second career in the NHS commenced when she was invited to join the Board of an NHS Health Authority, then becoming Chairman of an NHS Trust in 1996. In addition Louise has chaired several organisations and is recognised for her skills as a problem solver and mentor; creating a positive environment while leading others to succeed.
STEVE SIMMONS BSc (Econ) Hons, ACMA FINANCE DIRECTOR Specialties : Finance; Senior and General Management; Change Management Steve is an experienced manager with a considerable track record in financial management. He has worked in both the private and public sectors. Steve is respected for his consistent record in personal development for teams and individuals. He has achieved success in the post of Chief Executive within the NHS and has operated at Board level for over 20 years. SUE SIMMONS MSc, BSc (Hons) COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS DIRECTOR Specialties : Business Process; Information and Communication Management and Technologies; Project Management Sue is an experienced manager in information and operational management who has worked in both the private and public sector. She is renowned for her logical and structured approach and is respected for her ability to identify and implement business processes. Sue is successfully associated with every aspect of computers but sees IT as an enabler and not a solution in itself.
